About Dr. Kuppam Sravani

Dr. Kuppam Sravani is a visiting consultant in the Internal Medicine Department with seven years of experience. She earned her MBBS degree from Narayana Medical College, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh in 2014, and her Post Graduation degree in DNB General Medicine, Fortis Hospital, Bangalore in 2018. Her interest in the study of diabetes led her to do a Certification course in Diabetes Management from BMJ-Fortis in 2021. Her journey as a doctor started with landing a job as a DNB Resident doctor in the General Medicine Department at Fortis Hospital, Bangalore. She has also worked as a General Physician and Diabetologist in many leading hospitals.

Awards and Recognitions

1. Chief researcher in a study entitled “Prevalence of microalbuminuria in Diabetes Mellitus”. 2. Attended MERT-2016 and MERT-2017(38th and 39th CME in Internal Medicine). 3. Participated in ECG workshop held in Jan 2017 at Fortis Hospitals, Bengaluru. 4. Attended APICON2018 (73rd Annual Conference of the Association of Physicians of India) in Feb 2018.
